Circle Impact
The spark of great potential fuels passion. Co-creating Circle Impact as a small CSR initiative and seeing it blossom into a meaningful driver of furthering the narrative about the utility value of USDC is one thing. Seeing the vision of actual impact on people's lives is entirely something else, and it is a passion. In the beginning, we had an idea and that created the most remarkable outcomes and most profoundly meaningful project in my portfolio. Since inception, I've championed partnerships with HBCUs, community banks, MDIs and NGO partners that could deliver aid globally through our Impact initiative and USDC distributions.

Complex Storytelling
A peak inside the "Matrix" paired with a high impact sizzle reel of media momentum transported more than 800 top executives into a virtual reality that explained the why and how of our software transformation. Compared to pre-event polls averaging at 62%, the 94% of the audience walked away with a greater understanding of our mission, their role in its success and the value software represents in the future of business. The storytelling also launched corporate-wide training to educate sellers, new joiners and curious engineers.

Results Dashboard
With no consistent approach or history of reporting results, a focus on metrics and reporting was established as a valuable strategic pillar. Collaborating with the Data & Analytics team, a dashboard, utilizing Tableau, Excel and external software solutions, was built to tell the team's story of workload and results. Now, leaders have access to management insights and results detailing how the organization is creating value, enhancing trust and protecting reputation in the marketplace.
